How to promote your blog
Here are some tips on promoting your blog's web address:
  1. You should e-mail your new, unique blog web adress to all your friends & family. Tell everyone about it.
  2. Put your blog web address at the end of your e-mail signature with an invitation, eg:"Read my blog: http://myname.amagama.com". Every e-mail you write will therefore invite people to visit and read your blog.
  3. Register your blog's web address with all the major and minor search engines.
  4. Contact other bloggers and websites and ask them to link to your blog and perhaps offer them reciprocal links. The more people that link to your blog the higher the rating it will achieve in search engines and therefore more people will likely read it.
  5. Use your own RSS feed. Amagama provides you with your own RSS feed, normally indicated in your blog template by the RSS icon (). You can use this to get your content on other sites and promote your blog using sites like Amatomu.com.
  6. Advertise your blog on Google Ad Words, http://www.google.com/ads
